Use the calendar below to get information on events for a specific day in cluding the start times. The calendar maintains information about all events entered into the system for dates in the future and past. The list next to the calendar shows the up coming events and holidays and the date they occour on. The list does not show start times. Click on the globe link to get more information about a specific event. If you have an event you would like to add to the calendar, simply fill out the form found below the calendar.

To post an event to the calendar, simply go to the forum and post a message. You need to start your message body with two very specific lines... (this goes in the body not the subject line)

Date: 5/7/2009
Start Time: 10:00am

Now you can leave off the start time if this is an all day event. And of course, the date would be the actual date of your event and the time (if you choose to supply one) is the actual start time.

Every few hours, our system checks the message area looking for messages with Date: as the very first line and then posts those messages to the calendar. The date must be in numeric format mm/dd/yyyy in order to be included on the calendar automatically.
