The site will be down for a short period Sunday in the late morning or early afternoon. We are moving hardware to a new location. This should be a short interruption in service.
I know we have had a couple unexpected interruptions and I am sorry for that. I try to announce these when ever possible. Some times things just happen that are unexpected. This is a low budget endeavor so in place of high prices we get unexpected outages every once in a while.
Hopefully after this hardware move, the interruptions in service will be greatly reduced. Mainly because we will be done tinkering with the network and hardware for quite some time.

Status Update - We won't be down Sunday after all!
Why? Because the cabling job went so well that I am way ahead of schedule. And to get rid of the cable nightmare that is in the old server room, I am moving the servers a day early. Sorry for the short (almost no) notice, but I just want this entire project done.
Go figure. A project that actually got done way ahead of schedule... Unheard of! |

The move is all done!
I am not 100% happy with the layout of the new computer room area, but that is not important. I can re-arrange things later. But all the cables are in place, power is in place. UPS is up and running (although the cheap one I have isn't going to do for long) and as you can see, the web sites are up and running.
